4. No Product Sales or Transactions

Any commercial engagement, pricing, timelines, or scope of services shall be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Nutriegy and the client.

5. Service Fees and Refund Policy

Project coordination, consulting, and regulatory guidance service fees are non-refundable once project initiation has begun, regardless of project outcome or subsequent termination.

6. Third-Party Manufacturers and Services

Nutriegy may introduce or coordinate with independent third-party manufacturers, laboratories, logistics providers, or consultants.

Nutriegy is not responsible for the performance, compliance, quality, timelines, or outcomes of services provided by such third parties.
